Position summary
Support strategic initiatives that improve business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer experience outcomes.
Combine analytics, project management, stakeholder engagement, and process governance.
Focus on product content quality and customer experience across Walmart.ca first-party, second-party, and third-party assortment.
Program management and analysis
- Translate data into actionable insights through business analysis, current-state assessments, gap identification, and performance tracking.
- Support initiative planning, financial forecasting, project governance, and executive reporting.
- Help ensure strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Content and catalog programs
- Govern content standards and enforce global style guides and quality, brand, and pricing expectations.
- Oversee third-party content enrichment partners and improve content coverage, quality, and rich media adoption.
- Manage Content Studio Partnership programs supporting scalable content creation and enrichment.
- Align suppliers and content capacity with SKU growth, seasonal priorities, quality targets, and cost objectives.
