Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is undertaking a multi-year transformation to Integrated Business Planning using modern technologies, lean processes, and data-driven methods.
The program includes centers of excellence across demand planning, supply planning, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, and space planning.
The role supports the supply and demand planning team’s digital transformation and reports to the Product Lead or Architect for Technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support implementation and rollout of the o9 application, connecting Riversand, PLM, SAP, and other upstream and downstream systems.
- Capture business processes, functional requirements, and data requirements, and communicate them to technical resources.
- Develop into Ralph Lauren’s technical and functional expert on the o9 platform.
- Sequence concepts and stories, handle enhancements and change requests, and develop prototypes.
- Create and execute test scripts for use cases.
- Provide shift-based business support, resolve production issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot post-deployment problems.
- Support change management, training, and issue management with supply and demand planning teams.
