Senior Analyst - MRO Customer Service

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for new parts based on safety stock requirements through SAP ME57.
• Procure materials between manufacturing plants to support uninterrupted production.
• Perform Kanban inventory analysis and create purchase orders at reorder points.
• Raise purchase orders for Flow Rig testing parts and Test Cell components.
• Convert customer service orders and purchase requisitions into purchase orders for repair and overhaul activities.
• Create accessory and exchange purchase orders for repair, overhaul, and replacement-part requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation and comply with procurement policies.
• Coordinate with planning, production, customer service, stores, and suppliers.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on operational requirements.
