Senior Analyst – HR Shared Services

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits on HR transactions and cases, identify process or compliance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve escalations from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for HR processes.
• Analyze audit trends and support training and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Technology teams, and Team Leads.
• Identify automation, standardization, and efficiency opportunities within HR operations.
• Create periodic quality and escalation reports for leadership.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Support ad hoc projects, audits, and compliance checks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification with 5–7 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar environment.
• Proven experience as a subject matter expert or quality auditor in HR Shared Services.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
