Responsibilities
- German language proficiency is mandatory for this role or business activity.
- Carry out client due diligence to identify politically exposed persons and sanctions risks.
- Identify, verify and screen ultimate beneficial owners.
- Review investor FATCA and CRS information and documentation.
- Perform client onboarding and analyze client risk profiles under AML and KYC procedures.
- Research sources and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
- Review negative media alerts from World-Check, FIRCO and other screening tools.
- Conduct transaction monitoring and surveillance reviews.
- Perform periodic reviews and investor static data requests.
- Respond by email to investor and management company AML and KYC queries.
Profile required
- University degree in Finance or equivalent training or experience.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Strong knowledge of the MULTIFONDS tool and Fund Setup processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Client management abilities and respect for procedures and internal policies.
- Team-player mentality with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Any additional language would be an asset.
