About the role
The Senior FP&A Analyst supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, planning, reporting, and data-driven insights.
The role builds internal relationships and drives adoption of new tools, metrics, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Build driver-based operating models tied to headcount, ARR growth, pipeline, and other business assumptions.
- Analyze historical, current, and projected financial performance for planning and management decisions.
- Champion AI and LLM-powered workflows and apply AI tools to analysis and narrative commentary.
- Develop automated reporting and dashboards for key SaaS metrics.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, tooling, and data storytelling.
