About the Role
Procurify is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making with financial analysis, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
The role partners with internal customers, Finance, and RevOps teams to improve tools, metrics, processes, and reporting.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to headcount, ARR growth, pipeline, and other business assumptions.
- Perform budget variance analysis and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
- Analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for planning, forecasting, and management decisions.
- Develop automated reporting and dashboards for key SaaS metrics.
- Provide commentary and actionable insights to support decisions.
- Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, and tooling.
- Align assumptions and definitions across the organization and support financial storytelling through data.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
AI and Data Workflows
- Define best practices and identify high-impact use cases for AI and LLM-powered workflows.
- Apply AI tools to data analysis, insight generation, narrative commentary, accuracy, efficiency, and daily operations.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps teams to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
