- Verify compliance of listed companies with IFRS to maintain listings' integrity
- Support execution of suspension activities for non compliant companies
- Monitor market, media, and company information for adherence to rules
- Review disclosed financial reports and highlight discrepancies
- Archive financial disclosure information and ensure retrieval as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial disclosure and compliance
- Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
- Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times.
Disclosure and Compliance Operations
- Verify the compliance of listed companies with IFRS to maintain listings’ integrity at ADX.
- Support the execution of suspension activities in case listed company is found to be non compliant.
- Enhance investor satisfaction with disclosure and governance quality delivered by ADX.
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Compliance Departments to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Interact with listed companies during the process of requesting documentation for financial compliance verification.
- Execute suspension activities where listed companies are found to be non compliant.
- Monitor all interactions with listed companies involving verification and disclosure of financial compliance.
- Distribute necessary information to other departments as part of the financial disclosure process.
- Ensure timely processing of financial statements of listed companies on the ADX website.
- Continually scan the market, media and company information to ensure adherence to applicable rules.
- Monitor all matters related to extensible business reporting language XBRL.
- Review disclosed financial reports from listed companies as per SCA requirements.
Listing Operations
- Execute and take responsibility for the daily listing operations.
- Drive collaborative efforts with Finance & Shared Services for timely updating of listing information.
- Participate in meetings with potential companies, providing support and guidance through the listing process.
- Drive coordination with Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Division for regulatory matters.
- Monitor and report on Disclosure and Compliance team’s compliance activities.
Innovation and Market Development
- Provide recommendations for development of new products and services.
- Refine existing offerings and incorporate new ideas to enhance market adaptability.
Risk and Business Continuity Management
- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and internal policies.
