- Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.

Procurement And Contract Support
- Assist with the development and implementation of the procurements and contracts strategy as well as the cascading of the strategy into actionable plans facilitating alignment of the overall strategy.
- Lead the planning process for the implementation of the procurement and contracts strategy as well as the cascading of the strategy into actionable plans facilitating alignment of the overall strategy.
- Conduct frequent evaluations of vendor prices, reliability, and adherence to contractual agreements contributing to informed decision-making.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining the evaluation procedures, and attending to the technical clarification and awarding process, contributing to the efficient management of the tendering process, in line with quality standards and established procurement policies.
- Participate in the verification process of registered and pre-qualified suppliers, assisting with supplier analyses to evaluate if suppliers meet internal performance standards and criteria to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Assist in analyzing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and evaluating the achievement of contract inputs, contributing to the identification of suitable vendors.
- Provide support with the analysis of suppliers' contracts, and procurement processes to facilitate the identification of irregularities, validate compliance and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in building and maintaining partnerships and business relationships with current and potential suppliers and service providers to obtain the best combination of benefit and cost.
Compliance And Awareness Support
- Manage governance, control, and risk management across all procurement functions to uphold organizational standards and mitigate potential risks.
- Remain current on market developments in purchasing techniques, product technology, and supply market activity to support the identification and capitalization of commercial opportunities.
- Stay up to date on changes by consolidating insights on organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, sharing this information with the procurement team and vendors to facilitate enhanced decision-making and compliance.
- Facilitate the effective resolution of intricate purchasing challenges, emphasizing the cost-effectiveness of solutions, to promote strategic and efficient procurement outcomes.
- Participate in collaborations with the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance department, facilitating purchasing-related processes and documents, aligned with the applicable legal framework to best protect the Group’s interests.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Risk And Business Continuity Management
- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
