What You Will Do *
You will work directly with Claims Management, Warranty, Operations and Digital Strategy teams (Sales, planning, management), with limited supervision and working to propose decision making tools and analysis to meet the groups objectives. This will require a strong ability to understand the requirements, propose and develop solutions and articulate the results. You will create reporting automations and self-serve analytics consumption capabilities.
Create and maintain reporting automations and self-serve data/analytics consumption
Compute multiple databases
Generate key reports/data sets to support day to day activities
Extract quality trends, turnaround time of claims and other commercial vehicles
Data analysis using different tools (SAP, Power bi, Python, VBA, BW)
Coding
Customer master database management
Propose solutions for short/medium/long term data projects
Improve and automate processes
Optimize data extract and usage
What You Will Learn:
This role is to support Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Aftermarket. P&WC supports over 13 000 operators in the world with more than 40 000 active spare parts. In the spare parts team, we use data and analytics that allow to make the right decisions to meet our business objectives and meet our customer’s needs.

Qualifications You Must Have *
A University Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or Engineering, Engineering or
Business related fields with 3-6 years of equivalent work experience in related fields
High level of curiosity to identify and create smarter ways of working
Willingness to question the status quo and propose optimized solutions
Understanding and knowledge of coding language such as Python
Clear and effective communicator with strong communication skills in English
Team player with a passion for making things better
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel / VBA / Power Query) skills are a must
Prefer candidate with strong experience and ability to propose collaboration opportunities using Microsoft Power Platforms (BI, Power Automate, Power App, Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint)
MS Access Experience is a plus (needed to transition away from MS Access)
Experience with SAP, FIORI, Business Warehouse are desired
