Senior Analyst, Data Analytics

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

5+ years of total relevant work experience

Strong data preparation and transformation skills, with the ability to access, combine, structure, and refine data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, or data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Power Query to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets.

Expertise in visualization and information design, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, intuitive, and decision-oriented visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms.

Strong process and systems thinking, with the ability to identify root causes, recognize opportunities to simplify or improve existing approaches, and develop scalable solutions to recurring business challenges.

Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, constructively challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders with differing points of view around a recommended course of action.

Self-directed and proactive, with the judgment to independently advance work, identify opportunities or issues, and take ownership from initial problem definition through recommendation and delivery.

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
