Overview

  • NAFA is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join its M&A team in Dubai and play a key role in the execution and development of advisory mandates across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic finance transactions.
  • The successful candidate will work directly alongside the managing director and will be expected to take ownership of transaction workstreams, produce high quality client materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Execution: Support due diligence processes, oversee data room preparation and management, monitor transaction timelines.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models, analyze financial statements, prepare valuation analyses.
  • Marketing Materials & Investor Documentation: Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, investor presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Market Research & Origination Support: Conduct sector analyses, market mapping, investor screening, and acquisition target identification.
  • Team Contribution: Mentor and review work of junior analysts, contribute to continuous improvement of internal templates and processes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with specialization in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Strategic Advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience executing M&A and/or fundraising transactions.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency with Capital IQ, Mergermarket, PitchBook, FactSet, Bloomberg or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
