Role Overview
The Senior Analyst will generate data-driven insights for WestJet's Contact Centre product portfolio.
The portfolio includes Ava, Case Management, Live Chat, and future AI-enabled guest support capabilities.
The role partners with Product, Guest Support, Contact Centre, and Technology teams to improve guest experience, operational efficiency, product adoption, and business value.
The analyst will work with operational data, contact centre interactions, AI-generated insights, transcripts, and guest journey data.
The Data Science and Strategic Insights team operates in an agile environment using scrum practices and regular delivery cycles.
