Senior Analyst, AI & Analytics - Operations

Develop new reports, dashboards, queries, and analytical outputs with guidance based on defined business requirements.

Use SQL, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Excel, and relevant AI/automation tools to support reporting, data preparation, visualization, and operational analysis.

Translate business questions into clear, actionable reporting and analytical deliverables.

Analyze emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to inform roadmap recommendations and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to improve usability and business impact.

Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes, automate recurring outputs, redesign workflows, and improve reporting efficiency.

Support enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools based on evolving stakeholders and business needs.

Contribute to reporting documentation, process consistency, and the adoption of analytics and AI resources across the organization.

Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across teams to help align stakeholders and support execution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities such as pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.

working with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud-based data environments.

Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to review, maintain, and modify existing queries.

Ability to learn new reporting tools, data sources, AI tools, and business processes.
