Senior Analyst - Accounting Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts and disbursement of fiduciary funds and reconciliations, responding to resulting queries.
• Support personal cash processing and fiduciary targets, including the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate reporting from the CSS Dashboard and other system tools.
• Prepare, record, and report customer billing transactions emanating from broker ledger.
• Respond to requests from various stakeholders and appropriately escalate issues.
• Develop strong client/market relationships, providing value-added service.
• Maintain technical reinsurance knowledge and skills to effectively manage and service assigned client and/or market portfolio.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Finance) to resolve sensitive client issues.
• Lead various Financial KPI reviews (Cash, Funding, Income Exposure, Receivables, Retentions, Claims Collections, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure Working Capital improvement and Bad Debt provisioning requirement well below the existing provision.
• Drive complex account/portfolio with proper account notes/memos highlighting servicing methodology and key concepts/protocols followed for business continuity.
