This position plays a key role in improving the health, readiness, and operational performance of the U.S. Air Force by conducting advanced statistical analyses and translating complex military and health data into actionable insights.
The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze large healthcare, personnel, and operational datasets, develop statistical models, produce technical publications, and present findings to senior leadership and scientific audiences.
Design, conduct, and lead analyses of military health surveillance, personnel, operational, and readiness data.
Perform statistical analyses using SAS and SAS Enterprise Guide to evaluate health outcomes, operational performance, and risk factors.
Develop and validate statistical models that support Air Force research, readiness, and force health protection initiatives.
Retrieve, integrate, clean, and organize complex datasets from multiple military data repositories.
Create and maintain data dictionaries, data mappings, and database documentation.
