The opportunity

The position is a senior technical leadership role shaping the direction of an agentic AI platform and mentoring emerging talent.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-driven agents with planning, tool use, workflow orchestration, and reasoning capabilities.
- Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to autonomous AI co-workers.
- Improve reasoning quality, context management, and agent performance for enterprise use cases.
- Lead MLOps for evaluation, benchmarking, safety, and quality.
- Define strategy for agentic AI frameworks, governance, and scalable deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams on production AI co-workers.
- Mentor junior data scientists and raise scientific and engineering standards.
