- Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and grounding strategies.
- Develop multi step planning, tool use, and execution flows.
- Implement approaches to reduce hallucinations and unsafe model behaviour.
- Partner with product, backend, and QA teams to ship production grade agent capabilities.
- Iterate continuously based on real world usage, feedback, and outcomes.

- Concrete, hands on experience building and deploying LLMs and agentic frameworks in production.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
