Role Overview
The role builds AI-driven products and advanced analytics solutions for human capital and workforce challenges.
The position combines software engineering, automation, AI orchestration, and lightweight full-stack prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy conversational bots and transactional AI agents in a sandbox environment.
- Design multi-system automation workflows for lookups, mock APIs, and conditional routing.
- Integrate internal OpenAI or ChatGPT APIs using prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and state management.
- Build responsive test interfaces with Streamlit or Next.js and decouple backend logic through webhooks.
- Use GitHub for code hygiene and create Industrialization Blueprints for production handoff.
Required Background and Skills
- 9 to 12 years of software engineering or automation experience, including 2 to 3 years building AI agents or bots from scratch.
- Expert-level n8n or equivalent workflow orchestration experience.
- Practical experience with conversational APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript or Node.js programming skills, including REST APIs, JSON, and GitHub.
- A master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
Additional Skills
- Microsoft 365 or MS Teams integration experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of HCM systems such as Oracle is an advantage.
- Excellent English, quantitative, technical, and storytelling skills are required.
- The candidate should have a can-do attitude and be able to work in an unstructured environment.
