- Lead the end to end delivery of cloud platform and AI related initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical deliverables, and prioritised backlogs
- Drive delivery planning, prioritisation, and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Establish effective governance processes and maintain delivery transparency through Jira and Agile methodologies
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, compliance, and data governance standards
- Monitor programme risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating issues
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure clear communication across technical and non technical audiences
- Support organisational change management initiatives related to cloud and AI platform adoption
- Promote continuous improvement across platform engineering, operational processes, and delivery practices
- Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex cloud, platform, or technology delivery programmes
- Strong technical background with hands on exposure to Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables
- Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing Agile delivery processes, prioritisation, and backlog management
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Experience operating within enterprise scale technology environments

Role Overview

- This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in cloud platforms with proven delivery leadership skills.

- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and cloud native technologies
- Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption programmes
