Role Overview
Lead and support implementation of the Safety Management System across business unit operations.
Drive a proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and improved operational safety performance.
The role combines strategic leadership, technical safety expertise, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead rollout of new or updated Safety Management System elements and occupational health and safety programs.
- Develop and deliver regional safety communications and plans, including SOAP and long-term safety priorities.
- Analyze safety data trends and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to safety training development and delivery.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes.
- Coach regional leadership and safety representatives in completing safety responsibilities.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, safety standards, and work execution management.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive safety advisory experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
