Reporting to the Manager of Asset Management Readiness – Asset Management Technical, you will:
• Lead operational readiness activities across the Iron Ore Product Group, coordinating plans between global program teams and site operations.
• Translate implementation requirements into practical readiness plans that support successful deployment outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder engagement activities to prepare teams for implementation.
• Monitor readiness progress, risks, dependencies and issues, coordinating mitigation actions where required.

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational readiness, business readiness, implementation or leadership activities within an operational environment.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders and workstreams to deliver business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, issues and readiness activities associated with large-scale change programs.
• Ability to analyse information, develop practical implementation plans and influence decision-making.
• Experience supporting SAP or other enterprise system implementations.
• Knowledge of operational leadership, planning, asset management or business process improvement practices.
• Experience developing readiness metrics, dashboards and business performance reporting.
