Evolve HR practices, processes and tools based on the organization’s needs and best practices;

Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to the Vice President, Talent and Culture and the HR team by conducting assessments and proposing solutions adapted to organizational challenges;
Support the Talent and Culture team and managers in understanding and applying HR practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an HR generalist role and/or in HR practice development;
In-depth experience in total compensation, particularly in market analysis, salary structures and internal equity;
Strong knowledge of the various areas of HR expertise, sound management practices and labour law;
Good knowledge of HRIS and a strong interest in technology;
CHRP or CIRC designation, a strong asset;
Ability to travel outside the country as needed;
Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. English skills are required to perform the work, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.

Ability to navigate between a strategic vision and the concrete implementation of solutions;
Professional judgment, autonomy and thoroughness;
