Role Overview
The Innovation and Continuous Improvement team is seeking a Senior Advisor to lead medium- to large-scale process and policy improvement initiatives.
The role applies Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to identify efficiencies, improve service delivery, measure outcomes, and support sustainable organizational change.
The position is permanent, full-time and based in-office at the AGCO head office in Toronto, Ontario.
Lean and Process Improvement
- Lead medium- to large-scale business process, procedure, and policy optimization projects using Lean and DMAIC methodologies.
- Identify and scope impactful process improvement opportunities with business leaders and align them with strategic and operational priorities.
- Define objectives, scope, success measures, value opportunities, root causes, risks, and actionable implementation plans.
- Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative information to produce evidence-based recommendations that improve efficiency and service quality.
Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor by leading consultations to evaluate, improve, or design processes that reflect Lean principles.
