Role overview
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario is hiring an Information Management Lead within its Enterprise Data and Analytics branch.
The role advances and matures the AGCO Records and Information Management program and supports lifecycle management of information assets.
The position provides senior-level guidance, advisory services, and specialized program and technical expertise in information governance and recordkeeping.
Compensation and term
- The position is permanent.
- The stated salary range is $103,518 to $129,393 per year.
What you will do
- Lead planning and delivery of Recordkeeping and Information Management services.
- Advance digital records management, including classification, retention, disposition, monitoring, reporting, and repository governance.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate RIM policies, standards, procedures, and guidance.
- Provide expertise on digital records and content management platforms.
- Assess and mitigate information management, access, retention, disposition, and emerging technology risks.
- Integrate RIM requirements into enterprise processes, projects, procurements, products, and technology initiatives.
