Overview
We are looking for a **Senior Accountant** with UAE experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consultancy/accounting firms and be well-versed with UAE compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS
- Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist with Corporate Tax preparation and filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with clients and support audit processes
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of **UAE accounting experience** (mandatory)
- Prior experience in an **accounting/consultancy firm** (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of **Zoho Books** and **QuickBooks**
- Good understanding of **VAT and Corporate Tax in UAE**
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- CA Inter / ACCA / equivalent qualification
- Experience handling multiple clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
