- Handle company formation processes for UAE Freezone and Mainland entities
- Prepare, submit, and track online applications for licenses, visas, amendments, renewals
- Coordinate with Freezones, DED, government authorities, banks, and service providers
- Manage documentation, compliance requirements, and client records
- Assist clients with licensing, renewals, amendments, and operational queries
- Follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals and closures
- Maintain internal trackers and ensure accuracy of data and submissions
- Support management in improving operational workflows and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in handling documentation and government applications
- Knowledge of UAE Freezone or Mainland companies
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, CRM
- Ability to learn new systems quickly

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
