Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity to ensure adequate funds are available for business operations.
- Prepare and maintain short term and long term cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee cash management activities, including bank accounts, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Manage debt facilities, loan agreements, and financing arrangements.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
- Support Bank Facility process.
- Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and management presentations on cash position, liquidity, and financial risks.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Business Units to improve cash management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial markets
- Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CTP, ACCA, CMA) are preferred
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
