About the Role
Flow is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the financial close and reporting cycle across KSA entities. The role requires 4-7 years of accounting experience, knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks or Odoo.

Responsibilities
- Execute month end and year end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities
- Coordinate with the AP and AR teams to ensure accurate recording of payables and receivables
- Support the month end close by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and financial records are complete
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate or property management is preferred
- Solid understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles
- Hands on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic

Role Summary
- The Senior Accountant supports the financial close and reporting cycle across Flow's KSA entities.
- Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role ensures the accuracy of the general ledger, financial statements, and monthly management reports.
