About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce priorities
- Partner with leadership on hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and organizational scaling
- Build scalable recruiting operating models and service level expectations across the hiring lifecycle
- Lead end to end recruiting efforts for leadership, corporate, operational, and specialized roles
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key regional markets
- Improve structured interviewing, assessment processes, and hiring calibration practices
- Strengthen Flow’s employer brand and market positioning as an employer of choice
- Improve candidate engagement, communication, and experience throughout the recruiting process
- Oversee ATS management, recruiting workflows, reporting, and recruiting process optimization
- Establish recruiting dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership teams
- Support compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, Saudization, and Emiratisation requirements
- Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and recruiting best practices
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles within high growth, multinational organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in fast paced startup or scale up environments
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting operations
- Experience hiring across multiple functions including executive, corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and hiring practices across MENA
- Experience supporting Saudization and Emiratisation hiring initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI enabled sourcing technologies
