In light of this growth, we are expanding our finance team to support the brand’s continued success and ensure strong financial performance and transparency.

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and support the growing needs of our e-commerce business.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in online accounting systems and who understands the financial workflows of digital retail operations.

NOTE : If you have previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, please include a brief summary explaining the reconciliation process between the payment gateway and the e-commerce store you worked with in the COVER LETTER SECTION.

Manage daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyze order profitability and product-level margins based on data from online platforms.

Review supplier invoices and e-invoices issued through the online store.

Track and validate cost of goods sold (COGS) using inventory data from Zid and Salla.

Coordinate with marketing and operations to produce financial performance reports and business insights.

Reconcile payment gateway reports (e.g., Tabby, Tamara, credit cards, bank transfers) with accounting records.

Ensure alignment between warehouse stock movement and financial reporting.
