Senior Accountant - Intercompany

The Senior Accountant - Intercompany is responsible for overseeing and reconciling all intercompany accounting activities across local and global entities within the organization.

This role ensures accurate recording, reconciliation, elimination, and reporting of intercompany transactions in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

• Own end-to-end intercompany accounting processes, including ensuring billing, settlements, and eliminations are accounted for.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations, ensuring all balances are accurate and fully supported and align with intercompany agreements.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ensure intercompany and related party transactions are identified, properly recorded and eliminated.
• Support consolidation processes and prepare supporting schedules for internal and external reporting.
• Assist with audit requests related to intercompany balances and transactions.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to streamline and automate intercompany processes and reconciliations.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
