Key Responsibilities
- Manage group-level accounting activities , ensuring accurate and timely financial records across subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform group consolidation , intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.
- Review and analyze financial performance, highlighting key variances and insights for management.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure alignment on accounting policies and reporting timelines.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring at group level.
- Liaise with external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements , statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting quality, and controls.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus).
6–10+ years of accounting experience , with exposure to group or multi-entity environments .
Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and management reporting .
Excellent presentation and communication skills , with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced group structure.
Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is highly preferred.
