BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom . This is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and leading a team to deliver outstanding service. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a client-facing leadership role. Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 per annum , commensurate with experience. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. * Lead, mentor, and support the client services team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service. * Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure these are met effectively. * Oversee the entire client service lifecycle, from onboarding to project completion and ongoing support. * Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the development of new business. * Manage and resolve complex client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Analyse client feedback and performance data to implement service improvements and optimise processes. * Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and team performance to senior management. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-focused leadership role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. * Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * A strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to problem-solving. * Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
