Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant / Financial Controller, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves overseeing the preparation and management of financial statements, conducting financial reporting, implementing and monitoring accounting controls, and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The Senior Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, utilize accounting software, and contribute to financial decision-making to drive organizational success.
Additionally, the role includes aligning financial strategies with business objectives and adhering to local and international financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and familiarity with Finance principles
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience working in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
