Role Overview

Client Delivery

• Maintain books of accounts for approximately 10 to 15 SME clients across different industries.
• Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns in line with FTA requirements and deadlines.
• Handle payroll processing, WPS, and end-of-service calculations for client staff.
• Prepare management accounts, reconciliations, and year-end financial statements.
• Keep clients ahead of compliance obligations.

Client Relationships and Growth

• Act as the main contact for the client portfolio and handle queries clearly and promptly.
• Respond to enquiries, scope work, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Identify additional services for existing clients and grow those accounts.
• Join client and prospect meetings where technical credibility supports winning engagements.
• Build referral relationships with professional contacts.

Practice Support

• Refine internal processes, templates, and checklists as the client base grows.
• Report portfolio status, filing deadlines, and pipeline to the management team.

Qualifications

• Have at least three years of UAE accounting experience with hands-on VAT and corporate tax filing responsibility.
• Have accounting firm or tax consultancy experience managing multiple client portfolios.
• Hold or be pursuing a recognized accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Have working knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero.
• Communicate confidently in written and spoken English and manage multiple client deadlines.
• A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Compensation
