Responsibilities
- Maintain the full accounting cycle for one or more entities: journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, month end and year end close
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for multi currency entities
- Reconcile cash and multi currency accounts; monitor daily cash movements
- Prepare investor performance reporting
- Manage external audit and tax processes: liaise with auditors/tax advisors, and prepare supporting schedules and documentation
- Implement, maintain and improve accounting systems and processes (QuickBooks, Xero, Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets integrations)
- Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements
- Provide insights and ad hoc analytical support to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience
- Experience handling multi currency entities/accounts and managing portfolios/entities with assets USD 3 5 Million per month
- Proficiency with accounting systems and tools: QuickBooks, Xero, Airtable and Joiin
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and effective communication skills

Role Overview
- As Senior Accountant, you will assume end to end ownership of the accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have managed multi currency entities with assets value of USD 3 5 Million per month and hold an active CPA license. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced financia
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the full accounting cycle for one or more entities: journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, month end and year end close.

- Capable of preparing investor performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Experience with automated reconciliation tools, API integrations and workflow automation.
