- Prepare and maintain project cost sheets, quotations, and budgets for home automation and smart building projects
- Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and pricing
- Support tendering, estimation, invoicing, and commercial activities
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare regular cost reports and ensure accurate financial documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in costing, commercial operations, project accounting, or finance
- Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, AV Systems, Security Systems, or Smart Building Solutions is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cost sheets, budgeting, quotations, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
