Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned portions of the monthly and quarterly close process.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Support external audits with documentation and analysis.
- Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and management reporting.
- Identify process improvements and help automate manual workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of accounting experience, including monthly close ownership.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or a similar ERP or accounting system.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.
- CPA certification or CPA-track status is a plus.
