Overview
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Oversee supplier and customer reconciliations, payment follow-ups, invoicing, and credit control.
- Ensure proper recording of purchases, sales, inventory movements, landed costs, operational expenses, and intercompany transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, margins, and financial controls to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Management on finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with VAT/tax requirements, statutory reporting, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Support external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
- Review accounting processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Provide financial insights to Management to support business planning and decision-making.
