- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC, Solar PV, Battery Storage (BESS), and renewable energy projects
- Generate sales leads through client visits, networking, and business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and end users
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams during project bidding and execution
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies within the renewable energy industry
Requirements
- Experience in Solar EPC, Solar PV, Battery Storage (BESS), and renewable energy projects
- Ability to generate sales leads through client visits, networking, and business development activities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
