About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Process payroll and maintain employee related financial records as required
- Support procurement related financial transactions and cost monitoring
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in accounting and finance
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE VAT regulations
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes is an added advantage
