- Oversee finance, accounting, and procurement operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain store ledger and fund flow statements
- Ensure accurate accounting entries in Zoho Books or similar ERP systems
- Coordinate audits and prepare financial reports
- Manage procurement cycles, vendor relationships, and materials handling
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and financial laws
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
- Manage end to end procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and identify cost savings opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments and monitor inventory, logistics, and procurement compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Finance and Procurement roles
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, and financial regulations
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory handling
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and financial analysis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
