Job Purpose

  • Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients or customers.
  • Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure products/services meet expectations.
  • Act as main point of contact between client and organization, ensuring positive partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Understand unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand scope of products/services.
  • Cross sell and upsell additional offerings.
  • Conduct regular check ins to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align account strategies with company goals.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Ensure contractual agreements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Certified CPCS, CSP, CAM preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities.
  • Goal oriented with track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Key Account Management & CRM.

  • Revenue Growth & Account Planning.
