About the Role
DETASAD is seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term client relationships in Riyadh. You will act as the main point of contact, identify growth opportunities, manage contract renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients or customers
- Act as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each client
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for product or service improvements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of products or services offered to clients
- Cross sell and upsell additional offerings as appropriate
- Conduct regular check ins to gather feedback and measure client satisfaction
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall company goals
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations with clients
- Ensure that all contractual agreements are met on both sides
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services
- Certified CPCS, CSP, CAM preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities
- Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Key Account Management & CRM experience
- Government Sales & Business Development experience
- Contract Negotiation and Renewal Management skills
- Revenue Growth & Account Planning skills
