- Help maintain and track contract documentation, including agreement milestones and renewal timelines
- Participate in preparation of commercial proposals, partner presentations, and QBR materials
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to support joint go to market activities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new alliance opportunities and competitive landscape assessments
- Assist in organizing partner events, meetings, and executive engagements
- Maintain accurate records across the partnership portfolio using CRM and tracking tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internship or placement in commercial or business development function is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English

Job Purpose
- The Partnership Alliance Associate is an entry level role designed to develop the next generation of commercial alliance professionals at DETASAD.
- The successful candidate will support the management and growth of strategic partnerships, gaining hands on exposure to partner engagement, contract administration, and joint go to market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Commercial Excellence in managing day to day partner relationships and communications.
- Assist in coordinating strategic partnership discussions, serving as a supporting point of contact for partner queries and follow ups.
- Help maintain and track contract documentation, including agreement milestones, renewal timelines, and obligation registers.
- Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals, partner presentations, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to support joint go to market activities and ensure partner deliverables are executed on time.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities that support the company's growth strategy and commercial objectives.
- Conduct market research to support identification of new alliance opportunities and competitive landscape assessments.
- Assist in organising partner events, meetings, and executive engagements, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records across the partnership portfolio using internal CRM and tracking tools.
Important Requirements and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of business development, commercial partnerships, or alliance management concepts.
- Awareness of contract administration principles including agreement tracking, milestones, and renewal processes.
- Familiarity with go to market concepts, channel partnerships, and how commercial organisations drive revenue.
- Understanding of stakeholder coordination and cross functional working in a corporate environment.
- Ability to conduct research, compile data, and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, detail oriented approach to task and relationship management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internship or placement in a commercial or business development function is an advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
