Job Purpose
Manage accounting and financial reporting across Head Office, retail stores, production, warehouse, inventory, e-commerce, B2B, and regional entities.
Provide regional coverage across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
Work with operations, production, procurement, warehouse, HR, regional teams, and management.
Accounting and Closing
- Maintain the General Ledger and prepare or review Trial Balances, P&Ls, Balance Sheets, journals, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, maintain fixed asset schedules, and complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
- Coordinate accounting activities, reporting, audits, statutory accounts, tax advisers, and Group consolidation.
Retail and Inventory
- Reconcile store sales, cash, cards, payment gateways, POS, ERP, and bank settlements.
- Maintain inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and retail stock.
- Review stock transfers, counts, variances, shrinkage, ageing, valuation, provisions, and COGS.
