Job Responsibilities
- As a SEND Teacher, you'll work in either the Primary or Secondary School's inclusion zone as part of the SEND Team.
- You'll teach small groups of students with SEND or barriers for learning to improve their Maths, English (reading, writing and speaking) and Functional Skills.
- You'll create an engaging learning environment and enable all children to achieve the best outcomes possible.
- You'll deliver high quality education in line with the UK National Curriculum.
- The role requires careful monitoring of pupil progress, with timely intervention to ensure excellent learning outcomes and positive behaviour.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- QTS
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) or PGCE and a relevant degree
