Role Description
- The Senior Property Advisor is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for guiding clients through property purchases, sales, and leases.
- Day to day activities include advising on market trends, conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing documentation, and negotiating terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and delivering high quality customer service at every stage of the transaction.
- The Senior Property Advisor also collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, efficient property management, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
