About the Role

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Develop networks of referrals and other leads source
- Stay knowledgeable about market trends and best practices
- Know how to do project study
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a property consultant or real estate agent
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge on CMA (comparative market analysis)
- Real estate license is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field is advantage
- CRM knowledge is a plus
