Design and implement Semarchy xDM solutions for data models, matching, survivorship, and governance.
Work with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements into implemented solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs.
- Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic.
- Implement and optimise matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies.
- Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation.
- Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability.
- Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship.
- Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation.
Required skills
- Four to six years of total professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM.
- Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management.
- Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise.
